You agree to provide accurate information and to make timely access to any materials or systems necessary to perform the requested services.

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Candidate availability and performance may vary.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and limit access to assigned staff/assistants as needed to deliver services.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content and materials are owned by Bilingual VA Connect and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. SMS & Communications
